Monday Calisthenics with Ivan: Focuses on strengthening basics. 8 week blocks building strength within every range of the skills we are working on.

Wednesday Calisthenics with Mattaes: Focuses on incorporating movement work on top of strength work.

Tuesday Handstands with Mattaes: Handstand basics, strengthening as well as variations. Including Mobility, Flexibility, Joint Prep and Conditioning

Thursday Recovery Class with Ivan: Rehabilitation and rehabilitation work followed by deep active flexibility stretching.

Alternating class between Ivan and Mattaes. This is a 90 minute class where we have more time to play. Ivan’s is slightly more focused on basic strength and flexibility as well as your choice of skills work, Mattaes has a more integrated movement and strength system.
