As a personal trainer I believe that the best training is specific to your life. I train circus strongmen where we do hard calisthenics, handstands and heavy lifts. I train people in their 60s and 80s where the work is about balance, proprioception, and fighting against osteoporosis.
I believe in prehabilitation, which is pretty much exactly the same the rehabilitation that you do after an injury, but because we do it consistently, that injury rate decreases significantly. When we create strong ankles that can hand accidental changes of direction or level, then we end up not rolling those ankles.
If you want basic body transformation, lifting for big muscles and looking good I am not the best trainer for you. With my work your body will transform but it is a slower progress, what you get with me is strength in deep ranges of movement, balance and control over your body.
